I believe that we are already making a difference to many people’s lives when it comes to their health & wellbeing. Whether it’s an entire company, or an individual, we use the same tailored approach in order to help them reach the healthiest lifestyle possible. I think that is a massive factor
which many fail to do correctly.

I am a huge advocate of approaching physical health, mental health, and lifestyle around nutrition when the aim is to improve health and wellbeing. All three of these areas can either positively or negatively affect a person’s entire life and it is therefore essential that each individual is in total control of them.

I know that our entire team are devoted to delivering results for individuals when it comes to improving their health and wellbeing. That is why I am very confident that we will deliver tangible results to help take your company and employees forward together.

Having spent several years coaching people who spend their professional lives in very stressful environments, I have seen first hand the difference a regular exercise regime and sensible diet can make to managing stress and mental health. Some of these people have been able to stop taking medication, which had been helping them stay calm, sleep, and manage their stress levels. To be able to do this naturally leaves people with a huge sense of achievement, pride, and motivation to
take their health and wellbeing even further.

Mental health and wellbeing is a subject very close to my heart having been around a close family member who suffered for a number of years. It was regular exercise that helped keep him focussed and I have seen the same thing happen time and time again in my professional life. To lend my support for improved mental health, I have completed events to raise money for the mental health charity ‘Mind’ as I have seen first hand the incredible work they do with limited resources.

I firmly believe we can make a real difference to the health of employees and ultimately their performance both at work and in social situations. The best part about it all for me personally is watching them have fun along the way.

Working in the fitness industry I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from a range of professional working backgrounds. One thing that all clients have in common is that working life is ‘stressful’ with ‘long hours’ and ‘tiring days in the office’. Work shouldn’t be seen as one massive stressor, work should be an environment that promotes positive energy, strong work ethic and most importantly for the employer - productivity and results.

Clients come to training sessions; time and time again I hear complaints about a stressful day at work or meetings running over. It soon becomes clear that very little support is given from within the working environment to address common problems. Many employees simply do not know where to find support, how to ask for it or if any support even exists. Our aim is to change this for the better.

Many employees do not understand the implications that a stressful job can have on all aspects of life, particularly when it comes to health. The positive impact that exercise is continuing to have on my client’s health and wellbeing is
reflected not only through personal achievements but also within the working environment. Clients find that they have more energy throughout the day, more focus and a general increase in productivity. Our mission is to educate both
employer and employee on the extensive benefits that physical exercise can offer.

- EMDR – Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

- Motivational Interviewing & Beyond - Positive psychology

- CBT ‘Engage and Empower’

Qualified as Clinical and Counselling Psychologist (HCPC registered), and “Striving for Excellence” award winner, I have more than 10 years of experience working in a wide range of settings and with a variety of psychology-related areas (i.e. acute mental health conditions, personality disorders, addiction, eating disorders, stress/ anxiety, anger management, emotional regulation, etc.).

I have experienced firsthand, and observed through years of clinical work, how your mind, body and environment are intrinsically connected.

Our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviours affect our biological functioning. Our minds affect how healthy our bodies are, and what we do with our physical body (what we eat, how much we exercise, even our posture) impact our perceptions of ourselves and the world around us.

Passionate about psychology and wellbeing, I have dedicated my whole practice to share this experience and support people to make positive, lasting and sustainable changes in their lives.

My goal is to support you: Improve your physical and mental abilities, achieve your goals, conquer your fears/ anxieties and experience deep inner peace, improve your lifestyle/ quality of life, learn new way of thinking/ behaving while having fun!
