These seminars are run on site to an audience of between 40-50 employees. We cover many subjects surrounding physical health, mental health and lifestyle choices based around nutrition. The aim is for every attendee to leave the seminar with the knowledge to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing. 

There is the option to publish these seminars to a private Facebook group, which we will manage specifically for your team. This group can also be used for blogs and live Q&A's.

Our 1-2-1 Lifestyle Consultations last up to 60 minutes per person. We use various assessment tools to help analyse the lifestyle of the employee and then work with them to make suggestions as to how it can be improved.

We run an award winning personal training service where we offer 1-2-1 coaching, small group training, and online personal training.
